Buddhist Church of Florin Golf Tournament and Prime Rib Dinner Application Form

Golf tee times begin at 9:00 with dinner at 5:00; dinner will include prime rib, rice, vegetable, salad and refreshments. Format will be individual scores with a blind draw for 2 person partners for tournament prizes.  The golfers with the lowest team score will be awarded the Walter Otani Memorial trophy. $85 GOLF/DINNER PER PERSON; $15 DINNER ONLY. The Buddhist Church of Florin has a diverse membership of over 150 families and growing. With lots of activities for all ages, everyone is invited to join our “Sangha of Mindful Harmony”.
