The Buddhist Church of Florin (BCF) is in the midst of a major reorganization and revitalization of our Dharma School program.  We have enlisted 16 excellent Dharma School teachers for the coming 2008-9 year and will offer 6 grade levels of instruction on a regular weekly basis.  We are creating a standardized curriculum, which covers the central teachings of general Buddhism and Shin Buddhism, practice, meditation, etiquette, Buddhist history, development of good character, ethical values, family relationships, value of lifelong education, self-esteem issues, cultural arts, comparative religions, and other important topics for young people.

To help us to meet the general and specific needs of our young people, we request that you complete this short questionnaire and return it to us at your earliest convenience.  You may submit it at BCF or mail it to DS Family Survey, POB 292006, Sacramento, CA 95829.
